Provision of Intercity Coach Buses for Uzavtoyol
In 2019, we acted as a technical consultant and logistics partner for Uzavtoyol to supply 169 intercity coach buses with 47 seats each. The project, valued at $22 million, was an open tender and included major competitors such as King Long, BYD, Golden Dragon, Higer Bus, and Zhongtong. The goal was to establish a reliable and comfortable intercity transport network connecting Uzbekistan with neighboring CIS countries.
The project faced multiple challenges:
